Project Manager – St John’s Eastbourne Community Heritage Project Manager – £29,250 (9-12 month part-time contract from September)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to coordinate a new community heritage project at St John’s. Supported by the National Lottery through the Heritage Lottery Fund, we are planning a week long Remembrance Festival in November 2018, out of which we will develop a permanent heritage exhibition and learning resources for our local community about the First and Second World Wars. A central feature of this will be St John’s War Memorial in the church tower, which will be re-opened to the public following essential repair work. This is part of a series of initiatives to reimagine the use of our church space so that we can bring our mission of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to more people.
